I have twin 2 year old boys. They love these chairs and are a perfect size. I think they would be a little small for anyone older. The colors are vibrant, just what is on the internet. Lots of different car/truck/motorcycles to look at. They are a little stiff at first and of course you would have to empty them to clean the cover. Otherwise good for the money and the time we will use them. The boys can lift them easily. I carried both chairs (site to store ordering) with one hand out of the store. The material had some kind of film/plastic feel when we first opened, I'm guessing like a spill proof kind of coating. I would recommend for sitting and play room. They may be able to sleep on them once they break in and are less stiff.
